Facilitated movement explorations throughout (joinable every 15ish minutes), adapted to the people present! Oriented towards embodied connection with self, another, and group. My inspirations below.
There's space for choice, rest, snacks, 1:1 practice, & dancing outside on soft artificial lawn! Sit under a tree. Feel at home here.
The main studio space is a soft floor - barefoot, socks, very soft dance shoes only. Feel free to invite a good friend.
