Facilitated movement explorations offered every 15ish minutes, adapted to the people present! Oriented towards embodied connection with self, another, and group. My inspirations below.
There's space for choice, rest, snacks, 1:1 practice, & dancing outside on soft artificial lawn! Sit under a tree. Feel at home here.
The main studio space is a soft floor - barefoot, socks, very soft dance shoes only. Feel free to invite a good friend.
Donations: $10-$100, snacks to share like veggies, fruits, tea, etc.
