I'll faciltate movement explorations, adapted to the people present! Joinable every 15ish minutes. Oriented towards embodied connection with self, another, trio/quartet, and group. Inspirations below.
There's space for choice, rest, snacks, 1:1 practice, figuring things out together, & dancing outside! Sit under a tree. Feel at home here.
The main studio space is a soft floor - barefoot, socks, very soft dance shoes only. Feel free to invite a good friend personally.
Donation: $10-$100, snacks to share like veggies, fruits, tea, etc.
