We'll explore movement from inside out, dancing with felt sense, inner following, stream-of-consciousness, imagination, physical listening, quality of touch, and the richness of what's already here. I'll guide us through favorite explorations for meeting ourselves.

We'll move through solo, duet, trio, and group forms, with options for physical contact, listening touch, weight sharing, and being witnessed. All optional. All accessible. This is a space for being with self while being together. There's nothing to perform, explain, or make happen.

We might be creative. This creativity doesn't require importing something or bringing something new. Fascination is a practice of following what's already moving — our attention as doorways into creative emergence. What's already here is specific and endlessly generative. There's so much already moving in us, what happens when we follow it?

Fascination allows me to feel that this moment, any moment, is already strange and alive and full. I find ease to exist, with honesty, not needing to know. I rest. I welcome all of my faces — the silly, tender, half-formed, uncertain, unexpected. I leave room for echos. I am willing to be affected. With some curiosity, sincerity, and play, we enter the ‘world’ of each moment and go into the unknown together.
