A SPECIAL EDITION OF DANCE HOME:
ZOUK HOME
a cozy, facilitated gathering
starting with intuitive ways of moving together,
and then inviting in Brazilian Zouk foundations
(to ease you into perhaps attending a Zouk social),
and Zouk-inspired embodied explorations
(of grounding, rhythm, circularity, spiral, surrender, flow).
I'll guide a range of group practices, immersion,
with collaborative partner feedback & 1:1 support,
(for personalization, comfort, discovery, finding it together).
No experience needed :) Adapted to people present. As always, space to rest, nourish, sit under a tree, and be at home.

Join/leave/rest anytime! Doors open at 1:45pm. 2-6pm facilitated.
Facilitated movement explorations throughout (joinable every 15ish minutes), adapted to the people present! Oriented towards embodied connection with self, another, and group. Inspirations below.
There's space for choice, rest, snacks, 1:1 practice, figuring things out together, & dancing outside! Sit under a tree. Feel at home here.
The main studio space is a soft floor - barefoot, socks, very soft dance shoes only. Feel free to invite a good friend.
Donation: $10-$100, snacks to share like veggies, fruits, tea, etc.
